Control, Testing and Shipping

The finished rolls are then sent to the Testing and Shipping Department. The final test includes: dimensional checks, hardness tests, ultrasound and any other checks being requested by the customer. The serial number given at the beginning of the production cycle is stamped on each roll, in order to ensure correct and immediate identification and traceability. Painting and packaging are the final stages of the production cycle which is completed with the shipping.
